She represents clients in high-stakes disputes, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower actions, and class actions. Lana is known for her strategic, solutions-focused approach to litigation and has a record of achieving favorable outcomes in both federal and state forums.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lana counsels employers on navigating federal and state employment laws, including the ADA, FMLA, and Title VII. She assists with policy development, compliance assessments, and practical risk mitigation strategies aimed at building healthy workplace cultures. Lana partners with clients to address emerging issues and implement practices that align legal obligations with operational goals.
Lana brings a unique global perspective to her practice. She previously served as a judicial clerk at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and worked on human rights initiatives at the United Nations. Her experiences abroad, including as a Fulbright Scholar in Jordan, continue to inform her approach to advocacy—grounded in fairness, empathy, and a deep commitment to justice.
