Overview
Lisa represents employers in a wide range of workplace matters, focusing on defending against employment litigation and guiding clients on proactive strategies to reduce risk.
She helps employers navigate claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes, delivering clear, business-focused counsel at every step. In addition to her litigation work, Lisa advises on workplace policies, compliance efforts, and preventive measures to help clients avoid future legal challenges. She partners with employers to build practical approaches that support strong, compliant workplaces.
Before joining Constangy, Lisa practiced at an Am Law 100 firm, where she deepened her employment litigation experience and handled complex workplace issues. Earlier, she worked at an insurance defense firm managing cases involving products liability, personal injury, construction defects, and insurance coverage.
During law school, Lisa served as articles editor of the San Diego Law Review and held leadership roles in the USD Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. She also completed externships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable insight into public sector litigation. Lisa continues to work closely with employers to navigate employment disputes and strengthen workplace practices.
