Overview

Mariah is a trusted advisor and litigator who represents employers in all areas of employment law. She guides clients through claims under federal and state laws, common law disputes, and contract matters, providing practical counsel that aligns with business goals.

Mariah advises on a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination and retaliation claims, and wrongful termination concerns. She handles cases from single-plaintiff disputes to class and collective actions, managing matters from early settlement discussions through jury trials. Mariah represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, delivering steady guidance throughout each stage of the process.

Before joining the firm, Mariah practiced at a civil litigation firm where she represented both employers and employees in employment disputes. This experience gives her valuable insight into both sides of the litigation landscape, which she draws on to develop effective strategies for her clients.

Mariah continues to partner with employers to navigate complex workplace challenges, reduce risk, and build compliant, productive work environments.
