Overview
Nicole defends employers in complex labor and employment disputes and provides strategic counsel to manage workplace risk.
Licensed in multiple jurisdictions, Nicole is an experienced litigator with a strong record of success in high-stakes employment matters. She represents employers in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, and employee terminations. Known for her early case assessment and results-driven strategies, she develops litigation plans aligned with business priorities—from discovery through dispositive motions and trial.
Nicole also advises employers on compliance with leave laws, accommodation obligations, and evolving workplace policies. She supports businesses across a range of industries, including healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing, and regularly counsels on non-compete agreements, internal investigations, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to company operations.
Nicole has practiced labor and employment law since 2009. Before joining Constangy, she practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and served as in-house employment counsel for a Fortune 200 company. This dual perspective allows her to deliver practical, business-minded legal advice while anticipating litigation risks and regulatory developments.
Whether advising on day-to-day workplace issues or defending against complex claims, Nicole partners with clients to develop clear, customized solutions that balance compliance, strategy, and operational needs.
