Overview
Tedrick represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including litigation defense, union relations, and regulatory compliance.
He defends companies against before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), including those related to race, sex, disability, age, and retaliation, and has experience handling unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Tedrick also advises clients on union contract negotiations, union avoidance strategies, and grievance and arbitration proceedings. Beyond litigation, he counsels employers on workplace policy development and delivers training on employment law compliance.
He works closely with clients to understand the unique aspects of their operations—particularly within the distribution, franchising and sports and entertainment industries—to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
