Overview
Victoria is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in New York.
As a member of our rapid response team, Victoria assists clients respond to a variety of cyberattacks including business email compromises, fraudulent wire transfers and ACH payments, ransomware and other extortionate attacks. In doing so, she helps to deploy the necessary resources, such as digital forensics firms, to contain and remediate incidents. She also regularly identifies state, federal and contractual consumer and regulatory notification obligations and helps clients comply with them.
Prior to joining the Constangy Cyber Team, Victoria provided incident response and data privacy consulting services at another firm, including developing incident response plans and data privacy policies.
Victoria earned her J.D. cum laude from New York Law School and served as an editor on the New York Law School Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Victoria is admitted to practice law in New York, and she holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
