Overview
Claire is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Philadelphia.
She counsels clients on compliance with data privacy and information security laws, and guides them through the development of policies and practices to meet their regulatory and contractual requirements. Her compliance work is informed by extensive experience providing compliance-related services for a financial services company during law school.
Prior to joining the Constangy Cyber Team and while in law school, she worked for the CME Group, a financial services company that operates financial derivatives exchanges. While working for the CME Group, Claire provided a variety of regulatory support involving the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). She also worked as a law clerk at an incident response firm where she drafted AI policy guidance, conducted a related analysis of national and state regulatory frameworks, and provided support for tabletop exercises and incident response training. Claire earned her Juris Doctor degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law where she received the Albert H. Friedman Prize for research offering a retroaction analysis of the integration of digital assets into the post-Dodd-Frank regulatory landscape. Prior to law school, Claire worked as an intern for U.S. Senator Mark Warner and worked as a policy intern for the Women Business Collaborative. She also founded The Fare Connection which establishes monthly donation drives in the Washington D.C. area through community leaders, non-profit organizations and food banks. Claire earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington where she served as President of the Hutton Honors Council Association for Law and Policy and worked as an intern in government relations for the CME Group and AECOM.

When Claire is not in the office she is proudly cheering on The Eagles (Go Birds). In addition, Claire is a licensed Pilates and Barre instructor. When she is not working, she loves to read, golf, and surf.
