Darianne is a Los Angeles-based labor and employment attorney who helps employers across industries navigate complex workplace disputes and regulatory challenges.

She represents clients in matters involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, California EDD, and California CRD. Her litigation experience spans all phases of state and federal court proceedings, including class and collective actions, with a focus on practical, results-driven solutions.

With extensive cross-border experience Darianne advises clients on global labor compliance, employee mobility, employment-related M&A, and regulatory investigations across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Her practice also includes employment-related antitrust investigations and litigation, as well as support for agency inquiries involving hiring practices, workforce compliance, and cross-border operations, including matters before the FTC, CBP, and CPSC. She serves a broad range of industries, including aerospace, healthcare, technology, higher education, hospitality, and manufacturing, combining deep legal knowledge with a strategic approach to risk mitigation and compliance.

Beyond litigation, Darianne counsels employers on compliance with the FLSA, FMLA, CFRA, ADA, Title VII, and Title IX. She leads internal investigations, manages workplace complaints, and drafts tailored employment agreements, workplace policies, and handbooks. Before joining Constangy, Darianne gained experience at a national labor and employment law firm and an international law firm, counseling Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, technology, aerospace, hospitality, and manufacturing, as well as educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. She is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that protect clients and advance their business goals.
