Overview
Hannah counsels employers on a wide range of workplace matters, providing day-to-day guidance and defending against employment litigation.
She advises clients on hiring, termination, accommodations, restrictive covenants, and wage and hour issues, helping organizations navigate compliance obligations while minimizing legal risk. Hannah also drafts and updates employment handbooks, contracts, and workplace policies tailored to client needs.
Her litigation experience includes defending employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wage claims. She prepares position statements in response to EEOC charges and supports clients through every stage of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery. Hannah also conducts internal investigations for both public and private employers and partners with clients to implement proactive strategies that foster legally compliant workplaces.

About Me
Outside of her legal practice, Hannah maintains an active lifestyle through regular workouts and playing both pickleball and tennis. She is also passionate about community involvement, dedicating her time to organizing nonprofit events. In her free time, she enjoys attending sporting events and concerts with friends and family.
