Overview

Lynn represents employers in labor and employment matters, with a focus on collective bargaining, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.

She counsels clients on a wide range of employment issues, including matters involving the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and workplace investigations. Lynn has experience defending employers before agencies such as the EEOC and NLRB, as well as advising on legal strategies to mitigate litigation risks. She also supports employers with training, drafting employment policies, and developing strategies for handling grievances and unfair labor practices.

Lynn has managed labor relations matters for public, private, and federal sector clients in a wide variety of industries, including advising on collective bargaining agreements, litigating disputes before administrative agencies, and conducting compliance training. She has handled legal proceedings involving union organizing, contract interpretation, and federal labor laws.  Her background includes serving in both firm and in-house roles, where she worked closely with HR teams, legal departments, and leadership to resolve employment-related challenges.

In addition to her legal career, Lynn served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she advised senior leadership on legal and administrative matters, policy development, and compliance. She brings a disciplined, mission-focused, result-driven approach to her work and leverages her leadership experience to zealously deliver effective solutions in high-stakes situations.
