Overview
Madison is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in San Francisco, California. She focuses her practice on data privacy compliance and cybersecurity risk management, guiding clients through a range of privacy and data protection issues.
Madison advises clients on cross-border data transfers, privacy policies, incident response, and compliance with emerging U.S. state consumer privacy laws. She is well-versed in domestic and international privacy frameworks, including the CCPA/CPRA, EU and UK GDPR, LGPD, and Swiss FADP. Madison also counsels organizations on developing strategies that align with evolving global standards.
Before joining Constangy, Madison worked with healthcare and life sciences clients on privacy compliance matters. She drafted and negotiated privacy policies and data protection terms in healthcare agreements, performed privacy risk assessments, and supported clients during incident response evaluations.
Madison holds the CIPP/US certification and is admitted to practice in California.

Outside of her legal practice, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading historical fiction, and road tripping up and down the California coast.
