Overview
Reginald represents employers in labor and employment litigation and counsels on workplace compliance and risk management.
He defends companies in state and federal courts against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes. Reginald also advises employers on day-to-day HR matters, including drafting policies and handbooks, managing employee discipline, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Reginald is experienced in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, complex written and electronic discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations. He regularly represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and has resolved matters involving both employment and housing discrimination.
In addition to his litigation practice, Reginald conducts internal investigations into workplace complaints, including allegations of harassment and discrimination. His thorough, practical approach helps employers address concerns efficiently while maintaining compliance and fostering a respectful work environment.
