Overview
Samantha is an associate who supports employers in a range of labor and employment matters, including workplace litigation and day-to-day compliance counseling.
Her practice includes defending employers in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, as well as advising on the evolving intersection of artificial intelligence and employment law.
She takes a proactive approach to helping clients understand legal risk and meet compliance obligations, offering practical support that aligns with business goals. Samantha also assists with developing workplace policies and strategies aimed at preventing litigation and fostering positive employee relations.
About Me
Outside of the office, Samantha spends her time volunteering with local community theatres. Samantha has contributed her time performing, designing costumes, and constructing sets. She also provides support to the arts education and inclusivity efforts across the organizations she serves.
