Overview
Silvio J. (“Sil”) Talarico serves as Constangy’s Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience in the legal-services industry.
Sil oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial management functions, including operations, budgeting and planning, pricing, and reporting and analysis. He brings deep expertise in financial management, tax, regulatory compliance, risk management, strategy, commercial real estate, technology, and law firm business processes, as well as extensive experience leading mergers, process improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
Throughout his career, Sil has held executive roles including chief financial officer, executive director, and chief operating officer at large, mid-sized, and boutique law firms. His leadership has driven major business transformations designed to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and profitability. Known for his business acumen and strategic vision, Sil partners with firm leadership to ensure fiscal strength and long-term growth.
An active member of the legal management community, Sil frequently speaks at industry conferences and is highly involved in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA.)
Sil earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.
