Good news!
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a letter yesterday to a number of employer groups that it will be issuing guidance on employer incentives to encourage employees to get their COVID vaccines.
The groups had requested guidance from the EEOC back in February.
This is obviously a big question for employers right now, and specific guidance will be much appreciated. We'll keep you posted.
