The EEOC has a treasure trove.
Woo-hoo! The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has just posted a wealth of information about submission of "Category 2" compensation data.
The EEOC is expected to be ready to receive compensation data starting July 15.
Meanwhile, they have gone live with FAQs, a sample form, an instruction book, a Fact Sheet, and much more.
To access everything, go to the EEOC's website and click on the link for the Category 2 portal. That will take you off the EEOC website and to the new "Component 2 EEO-1 Online Filing System" page. (Catchy title, huh?)
From there, you can select what you need from the bar at the top of the page.
Enjoy!!! (And many thanks to Cara Crotty for alerting me to this.)
