Don't despair!

2017 it is!  

It's official! Court orders the EEOC to collect pay data by September 30.

But the agency says it is not ready to collect pay data from employers.

April 3rd is the deadline for the EEOC to provide details.

The new deadline is June 1, but only for this year.

The EEOC web portal for filing EEO-1 reports is now open.
