Goodbye, Susan.

Susan Bassford Wilson, creator and host of Constangy's podcast, Work & Play, is leaving our firm to go in house with one of our clients.

(The good news for Work & Play fans is that Susan did a mini-series of podcasts that will air after she leaves, and the even better news is that my next-door office neighbor, Bill McMahon, has agreed to take over as the new host of Work & Play. Bill is a stitch, so stay tuned. It will be fun.)

In addition to being responsible for the podcast, Susan was executive editor of our old bulletin the Retailer, co-chair of our Digital Workplace and Data Privacy practice group (formerly known as e-Law), and co-editor in chief of Constangy's legal publications.

She also tried employment cases and managed to win them handily.

Susan, we will miss you terribly, we wish you all the best in your new position, and we're glad you are going to be a client so that we can stay in touch with you!
