Meet the Attorneys
Addia Rodriguez – Senior Counsel
Addia advises organizations on responding to data security incidents, including ransomware events, business email compromises, extortion attacks, and other cybersecurity matters. She works closely with clients throughout the incident response process, coordinating with forensic investigators, threat actor negotiators, and network restoration specialists while helping organizations satisfy state, federal, contractual, and industry-specific notification and reporting obligations.
Addia earned her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Ashley Waring – Senior Counsel
Ashley regularly helps clients manage every stage of the incident response lifecycle, from overseeing forensic investigations conducted under attorney-client privilege to preparing notifications and coordinating with law enforcement, regulators, and cyber insurers. She advises organizations across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, education, technology, government, and professional services.
In addition to her cybersecurity and privacy work, Ashley brings significant litigation experience, giving her a unique perspective on helping clients assess and mitigate risk following data privacy and security incidents.
Ashley earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers and Pro Bono Honor Society and held multiple leadership positions.
