Constangy Welcomes Two Attorneys, Continues to Expand Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice

Constangy is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice, further bolstering its national cyber incident response and data privacy services. Please join us in welcoming Brittany De Hoyos and Kimberly Seiler to the Constangy Cyber Team!

Meet the Attorneys

Brittany De Hoyos – Associate Attorney (Dallas)

Brittany rejoins Constangy’s Cyber Team, bringing extensive experience responding to data security incidents and regularly advising clients through all stages of the incident response lifecycle. As a member of Constangy’s Rapid Response Team, she assists organizations facing a wide range of cyberattacks, including system intrusions, business email compromises, ransomware, and the recovery of fraudulently transferred funds. During incident response matters, she helps facilitate forensic investigations, coordinates threat actor communications and network remediation efforts, assesses statutory and contractual notification obligations, and guides communications with regulators, insurers, and law enforcement. Prior to rejoining the firm, Brittany spent a year at another firm providing incident response and compliance services.

Brittany earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, a B.S. and an M.A. in Criminal Justice from Wichita State University, as well as an M.A. in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Texas and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential from the IAPP.

Kimberly Seiler – Associate Attorney (Austin)

Kimberly advises organizations on cyber incident response, regulatory compliance, and information security risk management. She regularly leads clients through high-impact cyber events, including ransomware attacks, business email compromises, network intrusions, and insider-driven data theft. Her work includes overseeing forensic investigations, coordinating remediation efforts, and developing notification strategies, as well as advising on cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance obligations, policy development, and incident response preparedness. Before joining Constangy, Kimberly advised clients on a range of technology, regulatory, and corporate matters.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and B.A. in Psychology from Houston Christian University. During law school, she also completed a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
