Meet the Attorneys
Andrew Pak - Partner (Orange County)
Andrew represents organizations in cybersecurity and data privacy litigation, incident response, regulatory investigations, and class actions arising from data security incidents and cyber-related claims. He brings significant public- and private-sector experience to the team, including prior service as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and Cybercrime Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, as well as experience with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section. He also has served as in-house counsel for a large financial institution and, most recently, joined Constangy from Perkins Coie.
Andrew’s background gives him a practical perspective on the full lifecycle of cybersecurity and privacy matters, from investigation and response through litigation and regulatory scrutiny. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Computing from UCLA.
Alexandria "Allie" Driessen - Associate (Seattle)
Allie is a member of Constangy’s cyber litigation team and defends clients in class action matters arising from data privacy and security events. Based in Seattle, she brings a background in employment and civil litigation, along with experience assessing risk and helping clients navigate disputes with a practical, client-focused approach.
Allie earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice.
Andrew and Allie add depth to Constangy’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice at a time when organizations continue to face complex litigation, evolving regulatory expectations, and fast-moving incident response needs.
