Overview
Alexandria (“Allie”) Driessen is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Seattle, Washington.
Allie is a member of the Constangy cyber litigation team and defends clients in class action matters resulting from data privacy and security events. Allie brings several years of litigation experience to the Constangy cyber litigation team. This includes representing employers in a range of employment and civil litigation matters, through all phases of litigation. Her practice is grounded in a practical, client-focused approach, emphasizing clear communication, strategic case development, and efficient resolution. She works closely with clients to assess risk, develop litigation strategy, and position matters for favorable outcomes—whether through negotiated resolution or continued advocacy in court. She also has substantial experience representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations—focused on achieving cost-effective solutions while safeguarding client business and legal interests.
Allie earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Gonzaga University. During law school, Allie served as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern focusing on criminal defense. In that capacity, she conducted legal research, negotiated with prosecutors, and regularly appeared in court, gaining early, hands-on advocacy experience. Prior to law school, she also worked as a legal assistant in a high-volume civil litigation practice, where she developed foundational skills in case management, client relations, and litigation support—experience that continues to inform her organized and responsive approach to client service.
Allie is admitted to practice in Washington.
About Me
Outside of her legal practice, Allie remains actively engaged in her community through volunteer work with local organizations. She also enjoys spending time outdoors—particularly along the river—with friends and family, and can often be found cheering on the Seattle Mariners and the Gonzaga Bulldogs.
