Andrew works with Constangy’s cyber litigation practice, defending organizations in complex class action litigation arising from data security incidents and data privacy-related claims.

Prior to joining Constangy, Andrew represented major software companies of Am Law 100 firms for over five years in high-stakes regulatory inquiries and assisted service providers in complex privacy litigation matters.  He also advised clients on cybersecurity preparedness, incident response and risk mitigation.  He also served as corporate counsel for a Fortune 100 financial services firm for three years handling sensitive cybersecurity and data privacy incident response matters and internal investigations.  These positions drew upon his experience as a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Cybercrime Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of New Jersey, where he prosecuted significant cybercrime and fraud matters.
