Two Constangy Attorneys Named "Top 50 Women Mid-South Super Lawyers" by Super Lawyers
Mid-South Super Lawyers recently released their "Mid-South Top 50 Women" list. Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete is pleased to announce that Nashville attorneys Teresa Bult and Marcia McShane were named to the 2015 list. This list was compiled based on the results of a multiple phase selection process that includes nominations, independent research and evaluations.
Teresa Bult
Teresa is an Administrative Partner and General Counsel at Constangy. With over 19 years of experience in employment litigation, Teresa has litigated cases and counseled clients on a wide variety of employment-related issues. She was the founding chair of Constangy's Women's Network, and has received numerous awards and nominations such as Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Martindale Hubbell, Chambers USA, and the Nashville Business Journal (Women of Influence). Currently, Teresa serves as co-chair of the ABA Litigation Section's Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee.
Marcia McShane
Marcia is a Partner at Constangy and defends employers in general employment matters and workers' compensation litigation. She has experience defending complex claims at the administrative, trial and appellate levels. Marcia has been recognized in prestigious publications, including Super Lawyers, each year since 2012. She is a member of the Tennessee and American Bar Associations, the Mid-South Workers' Compensation Association, the Lawyer's Association for Women (Marion Griffin Chapter), the Defense Research Institute and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers' Association. Marcia served on Tennessee Bar Association's Glass Ceiling Initiative, and currently serves on the Leadership Law Steering Committee.
