The New Section 503: What Changed, What Remains, and What Contractors Should Do Next

Webinar
 | 10AM PT / 12PM CT / 1PM ET

The OFCCP has dramatically reshaped contractors’ obligations when it comes to affirmative action towards individuals with a disability. The new Section 503 rule eliminates Form CC-305, mandatory disability self-identification, applicant and hire data calculations, and the 7 percent utilization goal. But Section 503 affirmative action is not gone, and many important obligations remain.

Join Constangy partners Jo Bennett and Cara Crotty as they explain the regulatory changes and focus on what contractors should do next. This webinar will address how to revise AAPs and HR systems, evaluate disability outreach without quantitative data, assess the risks of continuing to collect disability information, handle historical data, coordinate Section 503 and VEVRAA processes, and preserve effective workforce analytics. Attendees will leave with a practical roadmap for ensuring ongoing compliance with contractor obligations.

This program is pending SHRM & HRCI credits.
