Constangy Cyber Team vice chair Allen Sattler will join a roster of prestigious presenters from all over the country. His panel - 'Changing Costs of Defense & Settlement Valuations for Both Privacy-Related & Breach Class Actions' - is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11 from 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. ET. Allen and other presenters will discuss data privacy and cybersecurity class actions, including changing costs caused by the number of plaintiff's attorneys filing suit, novel legal theories for recovery, and a lack of case precedent.

Allen is a partner based in Orange County and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. Allen leads the team's cybersecurity litigation services, defending clients in data breach and privacy-related class action lawsuits, including those involving website tracking technologies. He also has extensive experience managing responses to hundreds of data security incidents. He regularly works with digital forensic experts and advises cyber insurers on coverage matters.
