Cara Crotty Presents Webinar on OFCCP Audits
Constangy partner and Affirmative Action/OFCCP Compliance practice group chair, Cara Crotty, presented a webinar on preparing for and surviving an OFCCP audit. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs just released another Corporate Scheduling Announcement List, notifying lucky contractors that they will be subject to a compliance evaluation in the future. Regardless of whether your organization is on the CSAL, this is a great time to review and understand the varied and complex requirements of the updated Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing. SHRM & HRCI credits were offered for this program.
In this session, we do a deep dive into the information that must be submitted to the OFCCP, discuss strategies for preparing for an OFCCP compliance evaluation, and how to emerge from an audit unscathed.
