Constangy #1 for Diversity in 2019 Vault Guide

According to the 2019 Vault.com survey, associates at Constangy say that “diverse hiring, retention, and promotion are all visibly prioritized here” and that “women, minorities, and LGBT individuals are highly represented at all levels.”

The Vault Law 100 ranking is based on scores from nearly 20,000 law firm associates surveyed earlier this year, who were asked to rate law firms on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige. The Vault diversity rankings are based on associate perceptions of how firms create, maintain and foster diverse workplaces.
