Constangy Named a 2024 ‘Leader in Litigation’ by BTI Consulting

National labor and employment law firm, Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP, has been named a 2024 Leader in Litigation by the BTI Consulting Group. This recognition is based solely on client feedback.

BTI’s Litigation Outlook is an annual report that details litigation trends, including the law firms most favorably viewed by clients. BTI’s methodology involved conducting telephone interviews with more than 280 legal decision-makers at multi-billion-dollar organizations between March and September 2023. Clients were asked to rank law firms in nine key segments of litigation spanning from commercial litigation to employment litigation, class actions, and others. Constangy ranked in the top 2% of all law firms for employment litigation and in the top 14% for commercial litigation.
