Constangy Partners Present Webinar on Effective Workplace Investigations

Webinar

Constangy Workplace Investigations practice group co-chairs, Taren Greenidge and Sasha Thaler will present a webinar on the essential steps for conducting investigations that are both legally sound and strategically effective. The webinar will be held Oct. 29 at 10AM PT / 12PM CT / 1PM ET.

This first webinar in our three-part series will arm you with the tools and confidence to navigate the entire investigation process, including, how to launch and structure an investigation like a pro, tips for interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence that will set the investigation up for success, and drafting reports that not only document findings but can stand up to legal scrutiny.

Taren represents employers in a broad facet of employment matters including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour claims, workers’ compensation, leave laws, disability accommodation, policy drafting and client counseling for compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She has represented companies in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission of Human Rights, New York Department of Labor, and the New Jersey Department of Labor. Taren has also represented clients in matters in Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas and Tennessee, among other states.
