Constangy Presents Informative Webinar on the Latest Updates in I-9 Regulations

Constangy partners Penni Bradshaw and Justin Coffey presented a webinar on Aug. 31 discussing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s new I-9 regulations. SHRM and HRCI credit was offered for the program.

The webinar, “Remote I-9 Verification: What Employers Need to Know About the New Remote Verification Process and the New Form I-9,” detailed the new regulations, which have two components: a remote I-9 document examination procedure, and a new Form I-9.
