Kelly has nearly a decade of business immigration experience. She spent her first nine years in the field as a paralegal before graduating from law school and beginning her career as an attorney. With her paralegal background, Kelly understands all sides of the practice, from case intake to legal strategy. She combines these skills to give clients and their foreign national employees the best experience possible. Kelly strives to provide white-glove service in a high-volume setting, a challenging and rewarding goal.
Allie is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and specializes in data privacy and contractual security requirements, and represents clients in high-stakes technology transactions involving intricate regulatory and business needs. She focuses her contracting practice on a wide range of IT-related areas, including software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), professional services, software, licensing, data survey, hosting, and other agreements.
