Aaron’s practice involves representing and advising employers in a range of issues including discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour claims, and workplace policy formation and implementation. Aaron’s prior experience as in-house counsel at a global Korean food manufacturing company allows him to bring a unique perspective to employers he represents. While working in-house, he worked side by side with management on a daily basis to solve a wide range of issues. Knowing first-hand the pressures that business leaders face when weighing the risks and costs of their decisions allows Aaron to tailor his practice to best maximize returns for his clients. Aaron is also cognizant of the cultural issues that foreign companies face when operating in the United States, under U.S. law, and is able to assist companies in navigating those issues.

Justin is a seasoned immigration attorney that specializes in assisting corporate clients of all sizes with navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. Justin is distinguished by his collaborative approach partnering with employers to design, implement, and manage visa programs that support strategic talent acquisition and business operation goals. Justin has more than 14 years experience advising employers on all aspects of business immigration, and provides proactive advice to continually improve the management of visa programs. He advises on the entire spectrum of temporary and permanent visa options and provides advice tailored to the employer’s industry and culture. Justin brings a wealth of experience in immigration compliance, included I-9, E-Verify, and H-1B wage and hour matters.

Kelly is passionate about helping businesses secure the international talent they need to succeed and thrive in today's increasingly global marketplace. With a strong background in immigration law and compliance, she works closely with employers to navigate the complex web of immigration regulations and ensure their hiring practices are fully compliant. Whether it's securing work visas, permanent residency, or managing the nuances of international hiring, Kelly provides innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. Kelly has nearly a decade of business immigration experience. She spent her first nine years in the field as a paralegal before graduating from law school and beginning her career as an attorney. With her paralegal background, Kelly understands all sides of the practice, from case intake to legal strategy. She combines these skills to give clients and their foreign national employees the best experience possible. Kelly strives to provide white-glove service in a high-volume setting, a challenging and rewarding goal.

Allie is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and specializes in data privacy and contractual security requirements, and represents clients in high-stakes technology transactions involving intricate regulatory and business needs. She focuses her contracting practice on a wide range of IT-related areas, including software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), professional services, software, licensing, data survey, hosting, and other agreements. Allison counsels clients on a variety of national and international privacy regimes, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), state privacy and consumer protection laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)) the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), New York Education Law 2-D, and industry best practices.
