National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is pleased to announce Mariah Henry has joined the firm’s Washington D.C. – Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. offices as an associate.

Mariah is a trusted legal advisor and litigator in all areas of employment law, including claims brought under federal and state employment laws, common law, and contract issues. She has experience counseling and advising clients across a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and wrongful termination. Mariah has experience handling cases from single plaintiff to class- or collective- action, through early settlement to trial by jury, and has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Prior to joining Constangy, she worked for a civil litigation law firm representing both employers and employees in a wide variety of employment matters.
