Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete, LLP is pleased to welcome new attorneys to the firm’s Atlanta, St. Louis and San Francisco offices.

Geoffrey Gilbert has joined the firm as a partner in Constangy’s St. Louis office, coming from the local firm of McMahon Berger P.C. Gilbert brings more than 20 years of experience in traditional labor relations, with a strong focus on working with transportation and logistics industry clients, where he excels in providing advice on organizing efforts, counseling in arbitrations and negotiations, and representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board.

“As Constangy celebrates our 75th anniversary, we’re excited to grow and strengthen our presence in key markets, and we’re particularly excited to welcome Geoff, who adds to the bench strength in labor relations that we have been known for since our founding in 1946,” Neil H. Wasser, chair of the firm’s executive committee.

“As the country seems to be moving toward a resurgence in union activity, I’m looking forward to working with the impressive team here at Constangy and being able to draw on their deep experience and national reach,” said Gilbert.

Constangy also welcomes two senior counsel to the firm.

Joshua Roman has joined the Atlanta office as senior counsel, with a focus on employment litigation. Roman comes to Constangy from the Atlanta firm of Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial Prior to entering private practice, he served for four years as a federal judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eastern District of New York. Before clerking, he served for approximately 5 years on active duty with the United States Air Force JAG Corp, where he continues to serve as an active reserve officer.

Tiffany Hansen has joined the San Francisco office as senior counsel, bringing extensive trial experience in both state and federal court, as well as appellate experience before the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit.
