Diversity Advocacy Places Constangy Among the Top 20 Law Firms Ranked by Vault.com for 2024
National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP clinched the 16th spot in overall diversity for 2024, as announced by Vault.com. This ranking is based on the firm's associates' rankings of how the firm does at creating, maintaining, and fostering a diverse workforce.
Vault's 2024 Rankings are derived from Vault's Annual Associate Survey conducted from January 2023 through March 2023. The survey methodology includes separate categories for racial and ethnic diversity, as well as diversity as it relates to women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and individuals with disabilities. To determine the “Overall Best Law Firms for Diversity,” Vault uses a formula that weighs the four categories evenly for an overall diversity ranking.
Constangy is proud to have been ranked 16th in overall diversity, 20th for Individuals with Disabilities, 23rd for Women, and ninth for Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
