Four Constangy Attorneys Honored in Business North Carolina’s 2025 "Legal Elite" and "Hall of Fame"

Constangy is pleased to announce four of its attorneys have been recognized in the 2025 edition of Business North Carolina’s prestigious “Legal Elite” and “Hall of Fame.” This annual listing highlights the top legal talent in North Carolina across various business-related practice areas, as determined by their peers.

The following Constangy attorneys were named among the “Legal Elite” for 2025 in Employment Law:

  • Ken Carlson
  • Missy Spainhour
  • Jill Stricklin

Additionally, Penni Bradshaw has been a distinguished member of the Legal Elite Hall of Fame in Employment Law since 2004. She also earned recognition in the “Legal Elite” category for Immigration Law.

Methodology: The selection process orchestrated by Business North Carolina involved contracting a third-party vendor to conduct an extensive online peer-voting and internet research campaign. Approximately 1,300 legal professionals participated in the voting process, resulting in the acknowledgment of the most esteemed individuals across 17 distinct specialties as esteemed Hall of Fame members.
