Constangy partner Guillermo Escobedo presented at the California Lawyers Association's 14th Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Conference and the 40th Annual Meeting of the Labor and Employment Law Section on July 18th in Costa Mesa, CA. 

The Advanced Wage and Hour Conference aims to educate California attorneys on wage and hour issues impacting the legal profession. The event's schedule included presentations on AI, mediation, PAGA cases, and more. Guillermo's presentation - "Civility in the Legal Profession" - discussed multiple avenues for litigators to promote civility and eliminate bias-driven incivility in the legal profession, including incivility and bias directed at parties, counsel, and the judiciary.
