Guillermo Escobedo is a partner who focuses his practice on defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. He represents clients in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. Guillermo also advises employers on best practices to prevent employment law issues and conducts training on harassment prevention and effective management.

Michelle Meek is a partner with over 15 years of experience in labor and employment law. She has a strong track record of defending employers in high-stakes cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Michelle also collaborates with employers to develop business-minded strategies, including crafting policies and procedures to enhance workplace compliance.
