Thomas Song, the latest addition to Constangy’s fast-growing California team, was featured in a Law360 article published on February 5th, 2024.

Song, an Orange County-based employment litigator, joined Constangy as a partner in February 2024. He is renowned for his litigation prowess and courtroom advocacy, focusing his practice on the defense of employers in a range of employment matters including single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment claims, as well as wage-hour class and PAGA actions. He also assists clients in navigating federal and state regulatory actions, including those by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Prior to his legal career, Song was an officer with the U.S. Navy.
