Constangy partner and Cyber Team member Jennifer Lee will speak at the Los Angeles CFO Leadership Council's 'Navigating a Crisis' event. This event will be held at KPMG's Los Angeles office from 8:15 - 10 am PT on Tuesday, March 11th. 

CFOs play a critical role in leading their organizations through crises - from cybersecurity breaches to natural disasters, economic downturns, and other unforeseen events. This program will provide CFOs with practical strategies and insights on how to effectively lead their organizations during a crisis. Jennifer will be joined by Daniel Galvan, VP, Employee Benefits Consultant at USI, Monica Sanjinez, EVP, Commercial Lines Practice Leader at USI, and Chris Sterling, SVP Los Angeles Brand Manager at Chubb. The panel will focus on communications, strategy, partnering with CEOs, financial management, and other key areas.

Jennifer is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in the Orange County, California office.  As a former privacy counsel and member of a data security response team, Jennifer brings unique insights to our cyber litigation team. She has extensive experience managing responses to data security incidents and representing organizations in regulatory investigations and complex litigation associated with cybersecurity incidents. As a former privacy counsel to a global financial institution, Jennifer also has significant experience assessing liability associated with domestic and international data privacy legislation. This experiential insight helps her navigate complex litigation with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
