Constangy partner John MacDonald will present at the 2024 Wealth Management EDGE Conference in Hollywood, Florida. The EDGE Conference, held at the Diplomat Beach Resort from May 13-16, is one of the largest wealth management conferences in the country.
Featuring over 150 thought leaders and more than 2,000 attendees from the wealth management industry, this event covers a wide range of topics from current dynamics and trends to technological advancements, like artificial intelligence. John will present a roundtable session on Tuesday, May 14th, at 2:15 p.m. on evaluating risk in advisor recruitment.

John is the managing partner of the firm's Princeton office and an employment and labor attorney who focuses his practice on employment litigation, employment counseling, restrictive covenant litigation, FINRA securities arbitration, securities industry litigation, and support of "start-up" businesses. John has tried cases in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York and has argued cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to his career as an attorney, John worked for Bloomberg, L.P. as a financial analyst in the European bond department.
