This program, hosted by Prighter, will dive into state and federal regulations and bills, enforcement trends, and court decisions regarding data protection of which organizations should be aware.

Jordan is a partner out of Constangy's Philadelphia office and a member of our Cyber Team. As a seasoned professional in the realm of data security and privacy, Jordan helps clients navigate state, federal, and global regulatory landscapes, advising on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, DPPA, biometric data laws, global data breach standards, and privacy frameworks. She is a Cybersecurity Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, a Law Professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and the host of the American Bar Association's podcast, "Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: The New Frontier."
