Constangy partner and Cyber Team member Jordan Fischer will join the roster of speakers at SecureWorld Philadelphia on April 17th and 18th. This cybersecurity-focused event will be held at the Valley Forge Casino Resort Event Center.

Jordan will join a panel of cyber and legal professionals at 10:15 am on Wednesday, April 17th to discuss the current state of the cyber insurance industry and implementing cyber insurance into an organizational risk management strategy. Event attendees will be eligible to receive CPE credit.

Jordan is a member of the Constangy Cyber Team who focuses her practice on data security and privacy compliance advisory. With a robust background in global privacy law and technology, she provides essential counsel to public and private sector clients. Jordan's expertise encompasses regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, and DPPA, alongside biometric data laws and global breach standards. She guides clients through contractual negotiations, develops tailored compliance programs, and advises on cross-border data management. Jordan develops privacy and security-centric business solutions, incorporating regulatory requirements with practical strategies. Jordan is also the host of the American Bar Association podcast, "Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: The New Frontier," and a Cybersecurity Lecturer at UC Berkeley and a Professor at Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
