Jordan Fischer, Constangy partner and cyber team member, will present at the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) Philadelphia Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference on December 1, 2023.

This all-day virtual conference provides compliance professionals with educational programs, including updates on the regulatory landscape, enforcement trends, and strategies for effective compliance programs. Attendees are eligible to receive continuing education credit, including NASBA/CPE credit and Compliance Certification Board (CCP) credit. 

Jordan will join a session, entitled "Privacy 101: What Every Compliance Officer Should Know," at 8:30 a.m. ET. This program will provide compliance officers with a general overview of all things privacy and cybersecurity. 

Jordan Fischer, based in Constangy's Philadelphia office, is a seasoned cyber attorney with a focus on data privacy and cybersecurity. With a wealth of experience, she guides both public and private sector clients in navigating compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, FCRA, and DPPA. Jordan's expertise extends to contractual negotiations, the development of tailored compliance programs, and providing counsel on cost-effective strategies to tackle regulatory challenges and minimize legal risk. Jordan serves as a Cybersecurity Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a position as a Law Professor at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Beyond academia, she is a renowned global speaker and the host of the American Bar Association's podcast, 'Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: The New Frontier.'
