Constangy partner, Lara de Leon, will present at the San Antonio Manufacturers Association (SAMA) Employment Law Seminar on February 22, 2024.

The event will be held at the CPS Downtown Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas and attendees are eligible to receive MCLE and HRCI credit. Lara's session will cover employer limitations on free speech and political discourse in the workplace.

Lara is an experienced litigator with substantial experience counseling clients in complex labor and employment matters involving discrimination, retaliation, accommodation, and wage and hour compliance. Lara spent a portion of her career in-house at two large, multi-national corporations, affording her a unique perspective on addressing intricate issues facing organizations and their employees. She frequently presents cutting-edge employment law topics at local and national events.
