Maria Efaplomatidis Joins Risk Management Panel Hosted by Black Kite
Constangy partner and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team member, Maria Efaplomatidis, recently discussed risk management and cyber insurance on a panel hosted by Black Kite.
This event was held in the Canopy Room at the Jungle Bird, located at 174 8th Ave in New York City on September 20, 2023. The evening kicked off with a happy hour, followed by a roundtable discussion featuring Maria and other cybersecurity professionals from Marsh, Markel Insurance, Woodruff Sawyer, and Black Kite.
Maria is a partner working out of Constangy's New York City office. She focuses her practice on helping clients respond to and understand complex data breaches, cybersecurity incidents, and privacy compliance matters. Her extensive experience includes counseling domestic and foreign insurance carriers and regularly assisting and defending companies concerning high-exposure claims and regulatory matters arising from fraud, embezzlement, and other criminal misconduct.
