Constangy partner Meg Zabijaka will present at the Florida Public Employer Labor Relations Association's 51st Annual Training Conference - held from February 3 - 5 in Orlando, Florida. Constangy is a proud sponsor of this event.

This event offers networking and learning opportunities for public sector labor relations, employee relations, and HR professionals. Meg's session will take place on February 4 at 10:45 a.m. and is designed help attendees navigate the challenges of managing leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Meg is a partner in Constangy's Jacksonville office, where she works with clients with both union and non-unionized workforces. She has extensive experience defending clients against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and assisting with FLSA, FMLA, and USERRA issues. She devotes a large portion of her practice to traditional labor matters, in both the public and private sectors, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Meg also provides training, policy/employee handbook review, and employment practices audits.
