Hosted by the New York City Bar Association, this full-day event features programming that explores AI's role in the legal industry. Melissa's panel, titled "The Security & Privacy Risks of Using Artificial Intelligence," is scheduled for 2:45 - 3:30 p.m. Melissa and other cybersecurity professionals will explore potential liabilities that can be heightened by the use of artificial intelligence. The program will also discuss compliance with applicable regulations and strategies for minimizing legal risk. 

Melissa Sachs is a partner on the Constangy Cyber Team based in Philadelphia. Melissa has extensive experience managing data security incidents, including ransomware attacks and business email compromises, and guiding clients through regulatory reporting. Melissa also helps organizations develop privacy and security programs, conduct tabletop exercises, draft incident response plans, and navigate evolving data protection laws such as HIPAA, GLBA, and CIRCIA.
