Constangy is thrilled to announce that Monica Towle, based in our Boston office, has been selected as a fellow for the 2024-25 class of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) Leadership Academy. Monica joins a distinguished group of 21 attorneys across Massachusetts, chosen through a highly competitive process.

The MBA Leadership Academy is designed for attorneys with three to ten years of experience, offering them the chance to cultivate essential leadership skills, forge meaningful relationships with bar leaders, and gain a deeper understanding of the MBA's role within the legal system.

Monica is an employment litigation attorney representing employers in administrative proceedings, court actions, arbitrations, and mediations. She handles cases involving harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and more while providing strategic employment advice. Monica has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® "Ones to Watch" for Commercial Litigation (2023-2024) and Columbia Business Monthly's Legal Elite of the Midlands for Insurance (2020).
