Allen is an Orange County-based cybersecurity litigator and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. Allen has managed responses to hundreds of data security incidents and leads the team’s cybersecurity litigation services, defending clients in data breach and data privacy class actions, including suits involving website tracking technologies. He also works with digital forensic experts and advises cyber insurers on coverage matters. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Allen is also a sought-after speaker on cyber risk mitigation and data privacy.
